Who am I?

​

Born in France, I had the chance to live and travel throughout the world before settling down in London.

 

After graduating in 2011 as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, I specialised in nutrition for pregnant and breastfeeding women along with nutrition for babies and children.

 

I also guide families to create a joyous environment and routine around meals.

 

As a mother of two young children, I understand the struggles of time-management, organisation, lack of sleep and yet, the constant desire to be a better parent, to be more patient and present.

 

I’ve created a bespoke method to get children interested in their meals. I offer support to families through workshops, group coaching, individual sessions and consultations so that families can establish fun-filled, stress-free, family meal times.
