Who am I?​​

I am a certified doula, sleep consultant, and hypnotherapist based in Clapham,
Battersea, London. I support women and families from conception through the postpartum
period and beyond, in both English and French.
My approach is holistic and bespoke, blending emotional, physical, and practical care.
With international experience in France, Switzerland, and the UK, I bring a broad
perspective and adapt my support to each family’s unique journey.

• Gentle, personalised sleep support that respects your baby’s needs and your parenting style.

Consultations :     Online worldwide & home visits in London*

Antenatal Support & Hypnobirthing:

● Bespoke antenatal session (2h): £110 — online or in your home
● Full hypnobirthing course: £400 (3 sessions) — online or in your home
● Hypnobirthing refresher: £250 (1 session) — online or in your home

All hypnobirthing sessions include handouts, MP3 audios, and follow-up support

Postnatal Planning:

● Essential package: £110 - 1 session (2h), personalised action plan + shopping
checklist.
● Premium package: £180 - 1 session (3h), with focus on priorities (feeding, sleep,
recovery, etc.).
● Signature package: multiple tailored sessions, including shopping support & ongoing
WhatsApp support - price on request.

Postnatal Doula Care:

● £50 per hour: minimum 2 hours per visit
● £487: 10 hours (2.5% discount)
● £712 :15 hours (5% discount)
● £900 : 20 hours (10% discount)

● £1,275 : 30 hours (15% discount)
(includes WhatsApp support between visits)

Postnatal Treatments:

● Rebozo, relaxation (hypnosis), closing the pelvis, or postnatal massage
○ 30 minutes: £50
○ 60 minutes (full body): £90
● Closing the Bones Ceremony: £150 (1,5/2 hours)

Sleep Coaching & Consultancy:

● Sleep Troubleshoot : £90
60-min consultation, sleep diary analysis, environment review, immediate strategies

● Gentle Sleep Solution: £200
15-min pre-call, 90-min consultation, diary analysis, bespoke sleep plan, 1 follow-up
call within 4 weeks, WhatsApp support

● Welcoming a Baby : £70
60-min consultation for expectant/new parents, newborn sleep basics, SIDS
awareness, healthy routines, handout guide

*A charge of £30 may be applied for every 30 minutes of travel time from SW11
