Who am I?

I am a Doula , and I believe every woman's journey is unique. I’m passionate about maternity and here to support you through every stage – before, during, and after birth. With experience in France, Switzerland, and the UK, I bring a unique perspective, blending the best of each healthcare system to provide personalised care from pregnancy to postnatal recovery.

• Bespoke hypnobirthing: My approach is personalised to your specific needs. Whether you're planning a vaginal birth, induction, caesarean, or VBAC, my sessions will guide you through relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis, and mental preparation for your unique journey.

• Postnatal Planning: Personalised advice and support to help you and your family prepare for the arrival of your baby, making the transition smooth and joyful.

 

• Postnatal Care : My postnatal care helps you transition into parenthood with confidence. Whether you need emotional reassurance, baby care guidance, or help establishing routines, I’m here for you. From creating restful sleep environments to supporting your first outings, I offer care to ensure a peaceful recovery.

 

• Postnatal treatments: I offer a range of holistic treatments designed to nurture and restore you after birth. From belly binding to Rebozo ceremony, these treatments provide both physical and emotional support during your postpartum recovery.

Consultations:

Online worldwide & home visits in London*

 

• Bespoke hypnobirthing, whatsapp support, handout & mp3 audios: 

  • £400 - 3 sessions

  • £250 - refresher - 2 sessions 

• Postnatal Planning & whatsapp support: 

  • £110 - 1 session ( 2 hours)

• Postnatal Care & whatsapp support:

• £50 – 1 hour (minimum 2 hours)

• £475 ( discount 5%) – 10 hours

• £900 ( discount 10 %) – 20 hours

• £1 275 ( discount 15 %) – 30 hours

 

• Postnatal treatments

 

Rebozo, relaxation (hypnosis), closing the pelvis and postnatal massages: 

 

• 30 min - £50 

• 60 minutes – Full body: £90

 

Closing the Bones Ceremony:

 

• 2 hours - £150 

 

*A charge of £15 may be applied for every 30 minutes of travel time from SW11
