Who am I ?
I qualified as clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in France and specialised in perinatal psychology and in supporting parents and future parents.
The desire to conceive a child, the period of pregnancy or the birth of a baby are indeed periods of upheaval, which generate many emotions and questions.
Before moving to London, I worked in various institutions in Paris, including in maternity and reproductive medicine services.
I offer support in a range of contexts:
- When pregnancy does not come (infertility, assisted reproductive technologies)
- During pregnancy (anxiety, sadness, personal or family upheaval, medical difficulties)
- After the birth (difficult or traumatic birth, baby blues, post-partum depression, difficulties in the parent-baby relationship)
- After a perinatal bereavement (miscarriage, termination of pregnancy)
My experiences have also led me to train in systemic couples therapy, as well as in EMDR for the treatment of traumatic experiences.
My practice is integrative and adapts to the needs of each individual, in a caring and non-judgmental environment.
